Strawberry cheese bread

How TO MADE Strawberry cheese bread
Steps 1 to 4
1. The butter is softened to room temperature, and all the ingredients in the main ingredient, except water, are placed in a bowl.
2. The order of filling the bowl: first fill the powder, then put the dry yeast on one corner, put sugar next to the yeast, put salt and egg juice on the other corner, pour water on the yeast, stir with a wooden spade until there is no dry powder, put on the operating table with a rubbing movement until the elastic film can be pulled out.
3. The amount of water used depends on the weather, 45 grams if very dry and 40 grams if very dry.
4. Mix the dough well, roll it round, close the mouth, put the mouth down in the bowl, cover it with a preservative film.
5. Ferment for 25 minutes in a 40-degree fermentation tank.
6. At this point, you can make a cheese filling by softening the cream cheese at room temperature or waterproofing it, adding sugar, mixing it with lemon juice, and then stirring it.
7. After the dough is done, dip some dry powder with your finger and insert it into the dough at a 30-degree angle, with no obvious shrinkage.
8. Press the dough back with your fingers to expel the air bubbles.
9. Remove the dough with an exhausted dough stick.
10. The dough is kneaded into rectangular slices about 30 cm long and 15 cm wide.
11. In the middle of the slice, apply the cheese sauce, leave about 1 cm on each side of the slice, apply the strawberry sauce half on the cheese sauce, half on the long side.
12. Then roll the slices from the side of the strawberry sauce, and try to glue the tail as tightly as possible.
13. Cut the roll into three pieces with a scraper, and cut each piece into three pieces.
14. It is placed in a round paper box, covered with a preservative film, then covered with a wet cloth, fermented at 40 degrees for 20 minutes.
15. After applying a little egg juice (not the amount in the main ingredient) to the surface, put it in the oven and bake it at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
16. After cooling down, apply the glaze to the fruit and put it on the strawberry and mint leaves.
