1. First, pour the high-strength starch white sugar, yeast, milk, and salt into the packing barrel, select and process the dough.
2. After two kneading procedures, olive oil is added and the kneading procedure is selected again.
3. After three combined procedures, the fermentation procedure is selected.
4. After 40 minutes, the dough is 2.5-3 times thicker.
5. Remove the dough for molding.
6. The dough is divided into small doughs of about 20 grams and ground into long strips of 1.5 cm in diameter and 20 cm in length.
7. Take three roots and tie them together according to the braid method, paying attention to the opening and closing mouths.
8. Put in the oven, spread the eggs, brush the egg juice, sprinkle the sesame, put in the middle layer of the oven, add water to the bottom layer, choose to ferment for 40 minutes, do a second fermentation.
9. After the second fermentation is completed, the oven is preheated at 180 degrees for 5 minutes and placed in the middle layer of baking for 15 minutes.
