Steps 1 to 4
1. After weighing the high-powdered eggs, milk, sugar, salt, yeast, and water, place them in the container in order.
2. Place the bread bucket in the wrapping machine, start a kneading process, and knead into a smooth, wet dough, as shown in the figure.
3. Cover the bread bucket with a clean wet towel, cover it with a wrapping lid, and let it sit for two hours.

Steps 5 to 8
5. Add 30 grams of butter.
6. Start an equal dough process again and knead into a smoother dough, as shown in the figure.
7. Divide the dough into five parts (I calculated that each small dough weighs 109 grams).
8. Five small doughs are formed and loosened for 15 minutes.
Steps 9 to 12
9. During relaxation, it is recommended to cover the wet towel to prevent the surface from drying out.
10. Take a small dough, knead it from the middle upwards in two directions, knead it into an oval, rub a layer of melted butter on the surface, sprinkle chopped cranberry dried and coconut powder.
11. The five doughs are formed according to the method of step 12 and then stacked together to form stacked slices, as shown in the figure.
12. Divide the face into eight parts.
Steps 13 to 16
13. Put four of them in a bucket.
14. Put the remaining four copies on top.
15. Select the yogurt program on the bread, set the fermentation time to 45 minutes, (I set it to one hour), and then, start the program

Steps 17 to 20
17. Brush the surface with a layer of whole egg juice and sprinkle a moderate amount of cranberry, dried coconut and sesame seeds.
18. Select the baking procedure, set to a light color, and bake for 45 minutes.

Handy cooking tips
The amount of water in 1 teaspoon is 80 grams, but I actually use 70 grams, which depends on the water absorption of the flour in each household, it is recommended not to pour water all at once, generally leave 10 grams of water, then see if the situation increases or decreases.A wet towel is used to prevent the dough from drying out and affecting the taste of the bread.To prevent excessive coloring, tin paper can be wrapped on the outside of the bread bowl, or the baking time can be shortened by 5 to 10 minutes.Although freshly baked bread is good to eat, due to the fact that the action of the yeast has not completely stopped, it is easy to cause stomach upset if eaten at this time, therefore, it is recommended that after thorough cooling, the carbon dioxide in the bread is fully released for consumption.The setting for the fermentation time is 45 minutes, but when I personally operated it, I found that it was less than eight minutes full, so it was added to one hour, this time is not rigid, depending on the respective baking machine fermentation temperature and room temperature, the principle is that the dough is sent to the bread bowl eight minutes full position.
