Three colors of toast
I've been addicted to bread lately, so the first time I post a recipe, I'll put it on this one.The three-color toast is a bit annoying to make, but the sense of accomplishment and the smell of bread filling the room is really great!
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
100 grams of whole wheat flourSpecial powder of 200 grams150 grams of milkOne egg.4 grams of yeast30 grams of white sugar30 grams of butter3 grams of saltA little cocoa powder.A little tea powder.
How TO MADE Three colors of toast
Steps 1 to 4
1. Put all the main ingredients (except butter) in the wrapping machine, turn on the raw dough function, and the dough is cooked.
2. Put the softened butter back into the dough and knead it until it is perfect.
3. Fermented in a warm, humid place to 2.5 times the size.
4. Take out the exhaust, divide it equally into three basic doughs, take two of each and add cocoa powder and tea powder in the right amount (you want to add as much as you want, but not too much oh oh) then prepare the flowers, put them in the bread barrel for the second fermentation.
Steps 5 to 8
5. It's basically seven or eight points, and it'll grow back when it's cooked.
6. Brush the eggs before baking.
7. Turn on the baking function of the bread maker, and it will be ready in about half an hour.
8. Let it dry and cut.
9. Put another slice up close, it'll look good.
