Sausage bread
Min's little cousin's favorite, the salty smell of sausage, combined with the milk smell of bread, delicious!
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
200 grams of high-quality flourOne egg.2 grams of salt20 grams of sugar8 pieces of crispy20 grams of butter3 grams of yeast
How TO MADE Sausage bread
Steps 1 to 4
1. Mix the eggs (one) with the flour, the yeast, the salt, the sugar and the right amount of water to make a smooth dough, and then add the butter to rub the smooth dough again, preferably in a membrane state, and let it ferment for two times as long.
2. (About an hour) Ferment until it's twice as big, then insert it with a chopstick, don't shrink it back.
3. Take a small piece of dough and thin it over the sausage.
4. Wrap the sausage in a slice

5. Then one by one on the grill, brush a layer of egg juice to continue the second fermentation
6. After fermenting to twice the size (this is the second fermentation), put a layer of egg juice in the oven, bake it at 150 degrees for 15 minutes, then take out another layer of egg juice (I like to coat the egg juice several times, so the color is darker than yellow) and then put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
7. The sausage bread is out of the oven.
