  Babka (Babka) means grandmother in Polish, and legend has it that it is the bread eaten by the people of Eastern Europe during the holidays, symbolizing family reunion.

Ingredients

300 grams of wheat flour
200 ml of milk
40 grams of sugar
One egg.
6 grams of yeast
5 grams of salt
Softened butter 40 grams
