12. My mistake this time was to use a yeast that could lose its activity, and the temperature of the re-fermentation was not enough to make the final product not loose enough.

After another one hour of fermentation, the whole egg is cooked on the surface and garnished with white sesame seeds, placed in a preheated oven, heated at 180 degrees, medium, 25 minutes, the last few minutes need more observation, finally baked slightly at room temperature, removed and cooled

14. Looking at the sliced bread, you can see that it's not a successful fermentation, which is why I'm a little embarrassed to participate in the baking competition.

Handy cooking tips

  In order to avoid that the final baked product is not loose enough, if the fermentation temperature is not sufficient, it is possible to extend the fermentation time appropriately. The salty sweetness of this bread may not be acceptable, so the filling can be added or replaced with salty filling, depending on personal preference and play.
