  Ordinary carrot bread is made with a high-fat, high-sugar side, and even though it's vegetable-filled, it's far from healthy, and this is a super-healthy little bread.

WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

Four small carrots
400 grams of whole wheat flour
The right amount of wheat germ
A little milk.
One egg.
Olive oil in moderation
Three of the sausages.
Meat loose in moderation
A few blueberries
A few teaspoons

How TO MADE It's a small bread.

Steps 1 to 4

1. The carrots are washed, peeled, partly sifted, partly cut and cooked.

2. Cooked radishes and a little milk are kneaded in a blender.

3. Put turnips and eggs in the bread maker.

4. Pour into whole wheat bread flour.

Steps 5 to 8

5. (I used whole-wheat bread flour as a premix, which is what yeast is for, but there wasn't enough left, so I added a little more flour and yeast, which turned out not to be needed because I came back in the evening and found that they were too big.)

8. Select the dough in the bread machine, pour it into the olive oil after the first stirring is completed, then continue stirring until the dough process is completed as shown in the figure.

9. The sausage is divided in half from the middle and then cut into four pieces from the bottom half, as shown in the figure.
