This bread was so much fun, my husband asked me if I could put it on top of the emperor, and I didn't think that bread could be used as a prop besides food.So that's the fun of baking, what it looks like, what the materials are, it's up to you.The material has been modified, replacing the black sesame seeds with white sesame seeds, and adding meatballs.Eat at home, I'm the master of my bread!

How TO MADE The King's Crown Bread
Steps 1 to 4
1. All ingredients except butter and meatloaf are poured into the bread barrel and kneaded into a smooth dough.
2. Add the sliced butter, then continue to knead the dough so that the dough fully absorbs the butter.
3. After kneading to the expansion stage of the dough, it is fermented in a barrel to twice its original size.
4. This looks good.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Divide the dough into a 160 g portion.
6. The remaining dough is divided into seven pieces, each about 70 grams, rolled round, loose.
7. Then wrap each small loaf of bread in a meatball and roll it around.
8. I used an 8-inch pizza plate on the bottom.
Steps 9 to 12
9. A layer of flour is spread on the pizza plate to prevent it from sticking, and a small bowl is placed in the middle.
10. Boil 160 g of dough into large round slices, then cover it in a small bowl, leaving some on the edge, as shown in the picture.
11. Put the meatballs around the bowl.
12. Then cut the skin on the bowl into seven pieces.
Steps 13 to 16
13. Separate the seven skins into small balls, slightly tight at the edges.
14. Take out the small bowl and put the bread in a warm place for a second fermentation.
15. The surface of the bread is coated with egg yolk, sprinkled with sesame seeds and almond slices.
16. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees, bake the middle layer for ten minutes, color the surface and then cool it down to 150 degrees, bake for 20 minutes.
17. In the middle, a layer of tin paper can be added to the surface to avoid excessive coloring.
18. You can eat it when it cools down.
19. Hold one in your hand and smell it.
20. It's really like a king's crown.
Handy cooking tips
Two sentences: Many people like to eat hot bread, which is actually very unhealthy.Because when the bread first comes out of the oven, the inside is still fermenting, producing substances such as acetic acid.Eating at this time is very bad for the stomach. The fermentation process inside the bread ends after two hours in the oven, and the acidic substance inside takes time to evaporate. So the bread is best tasted after two hours. So if you want to eat hot bread, wait for it to cool down and then heat it in the oven or microwave.
