How TO MADE Coconut milk bread
1. After mixing ingredients A (200 grams of high starch flour, 40 grams of low starch flour, 25 grams of eggs, 60 grams of coconut milk, 85 grams of water, 3 grams of yeast, 24 grams of sugar, 1 grams of salt) into a dough, knead for about ten minutes until the dough has a slightly stronger dough expansion stage.
