How TO MADE Coconut green bean filled meal pack

Steps 1 to 4

1. 100 grams of peeled green beans washed clean

2. Add 1 cm of water to boil the green beans until there is little water, and press the green beans with a shovel.

3. In a non-sticky pot, add a moderate amount of corn oil, heat it and pour it into green bean paste, 15 grams of sugar, keep it on low heat and cook slowly.

4. It's better to use a wooden spade to draw a circle in the middle of the pot, and let it cool.

Steps 5 to 8

5. All ingredients, except for the filling, the surface material and the butter, are placed in a large bowl and stirred evenly with chopsticks (salt and yeast are separated by flour during preparation, and direct contact with yeast is easily killed by salt)

6. Use your hands and face again, start with your hands a little sticky, rub it for a while.

7. Rub until the rough film can be pulled out

8. At this point, add the softened butter and move on to the anti-stick pad to continue rubbing.

Steps 9 to 12

9. The dough is kneaded to the expansion stage, of course, it is better if it is kneaded to the full expansion stage (pull out the glove membrane)

10. Place the well-mixed dough in a bowl, seal the preservative film on the oven rack, put the bowl of hot water underneath, close the oven door, and create a warm and moist fermentation environment for the dough (no power connection)

11. After about 45 minutes, use your fingers to stick the flour and poke a hole in the dough, and if it doesn't bounce, it's over-fermented. If it doesn't bounce, it's over-fermented.

12. After removing the gas from the dough (the so-called ‘exhaust), the dough is divided into five parts, covered with a preservative film, and left for 10 minutes.

Steps 13 to 16

13. Then mix five green bean dumplings, about 35 grams each.

14. A loaf of bread wrapped in a dough

15. Keep your mouth shut.

16. The mouth is facing down, wrapped in turn, placed on a non-sticky baking tray, keeping a certain distance between them (ordinary baking tray to be laid on oil paper)

Steps 17 to 20

17. The second time, put it in the oven for fermentation, and put the bowl of hot water on the shelf.

18. The fermented dough is coated with egg yolk and sprinkled with coconut oil (start preheating the oven)

19. Place the loaf of bread in the middle layer of the preheated oven and heat it at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes (the surface will turn yellow)

20. Look at the bottom, the color is beautiful.

Steps 21 to 24

21. The interior is beautifully organized, the green bean filling is also very tasty, I can't wait to eat one, it tastes so good.

22. Hurry up and take a picture of the remaining four, or you're going to die.

Handy cooking tips

  1. green bean filling to be fried is just right, if fried is a little dry, the remedy is: add the right amount of refined milk 2. the dough will be very sticky when it starts to be kneaded, it is better to insist on kneading for a while 3. the time of fermentation of the dough and the temperature and humidity are related, so different seasons can cause different times of fermentation 4. the temperature of each oven is different, the temperature and time of baking is only for reference
