160 grams of golden bread powder
8 grams of golden cheese powder
8 grams of milk powder
100 grams of water
Surface decoration: eggs

Steps 1 to 4

1. All dough ingredients except butter are put together and kneaded until the dough expands and the surface is smooth.

2. After adding butter to the expansion stage, it is heated for basic fermentation.

3. At the end of the basic fermentation, the dough is removed, rolled and loosened for 15 minutes.

4. After loosening, the dough is kneaded into a rectangle about the size of a baking tray, placed on a baking tray, forked through several small holes with a fork, and left in a warm, moist place for final fermentation.

Steps 5 to 8

5. Finally, the fermentation is completed, the surface is brushed, and a moderate amount of white sesame is sprinkled.

6. Preheat in a 180°C oven, medium layer, heat up and down, 10 minutes.

7. Mix the potato salad dough well.

8. When the oven is cooled or slightly warmed, the bread is placed upside down, with a gap of about 1.5 to 2 cm at the beginning, without scratching, then the filling is applied to the bread, the latter half is applied thinner and thinner, and a slight touch at the end is enough.

9. The bread is rolled into rolls, wrapped in baking paper, and left for about 10 minutes to be shaped into pieces that can be eaten.
