How TO MADE A small meal package
Steps 1 to 4
1. Preparation materials, pre-soak the raisins in warm water (no coconut filling, you can refer to my recipe)
2. High and low powder mixture

Steps 9 to 12
9. After refrigeration, the dough is very wet.
10. Pour out and start kneading, knead the flour into a dough, start kneading, rub one hand forward, one hand gently grasp the other end of the dough
11. Recycle a little bit and rub it forward.
12. Rub it about five times, then roll it back into a bunch, rub it a few times, then rub it again.
Steps 13 to 16
13. Rub for about 10 to 15 minutes, round the dough to check the smoothness; the surface is smooth, the hands are smooth, the plate is smooth, you can proceed to the next step
14. Slightly flatten the dough, put the butter in the middle, and then pick it up.
15. After two minutes, the butter is almost absorbed, but the dough has not regrouped and needs to be continued.
16. After the surface is re-grouped, the rubbing force should not be too strong, otherwise the surface will break.
Steps 17 to 20
17. Start rubbing the surface, rubbing one hand forward, one hand lightly grabbing the other end of the dough, not too wide
18. Recycle a little bit and rub it forward.
19. After 10 minutes, round the dough and start checking the membrane level.
20. Cut out a small part, roll around, relax for about 20 seconds.
Steps 21 to 24
21. It's not very thin, it's enough to make sweet bread.
22. Divide the dough into two parts, round the dough (white dough) and take it to ferment.
23. Another cluster of dried grapes (grape dough) is mixed and collected in a circle for fermentation.

Steps 25 to 28
25. Fermentation in the oven, 50 minutes
26. After fermentation, the volume is at least twice as large.
27. The grape dough is aerated and rounded.
28. The white dough is exhausted and rounded.
Steps 29 to 32
29. Divide into 50 g pieces, squeeze the exhaust and loosen the film for 15 minutes.
30. The grape dough is cooked again.
