The pineapple bag
Pineapple bags have always been my favorite, I like the pineapple peel, the softness of the bread, although there is no filling in the bags, (oh, I used to think pineapple bags were wrapped in pineapple).
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
One egg.250 grams of high-quality flour20 grams of butter50 g of white sugar80 grams of water20 grams of milk4 grams of yeast2 grams of saltPineapple peel: 50 grams of low starch flour5 grams of milk powder20 grams of butter25 g of white sugar
How TO MADE The pineapple bag
Steps 1 to 4
1. All materials are ready.
2. First, the pineapple peel flour is mixed with the milk powder and poured into a plate, opening a hollow circle in the middle.
3. Add white sugar, butter, eggs mix evenly
4. Slowly add the flour, fold evenly, and cover with a protective film.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Then prepare the dough part: mix white sugar, milk, water, eggs evenly in the mixing bowl
6. Add the high-quality flour, stir the yeast so that the flour absorbs all the moisture, and knead it into a dough
7. When the surface of the dough is smooth and not sticky, add butter and salt until the dough is smooth and a thin film can be pulled out.
8. After 10 minutes of standing, roll the dough in 10 equal parts per 50 grams (only one plate in the picture) and put it in the oven to ferment.
Steps 9 to 12
9. Take the pineapple peel.
10. The fermented dough can be doubled in size and covered with fermented dough.
11. Brush over the egg yolk, and use your teeth to make a diamond-shaped surface on the bread.
12. Bake in a preheated oven, heat up to 170 degrees, lower to 150 degrees, bake for 12 minutes (using Changde electric oven CKTF-30GS)
Steps 13 to 16
13. It's hot, and it's golden yellow.
