Old fashioned bread

Steps 1 to 4
1. Put the yeast in the milk and melt it.
2. Then mix all the remaining yeast evenly, cover with a wet cloth and ferment at room temperature of 24 degrees for about 2 hours.

Steps 9 to 12
9. Remove two to two times the size of the hair, preheat the oven at 180° for five minutes, then bake at 180° for 30 minutes until the surface is golden yellow.
10. It's time to remove it immediately, apply a layer of liquid butter to the surface, and the golden-yellow old bread is done.
