Banana and chocolate bread
This is an oil-free, sugar-free bread, a recipe from the bread master Lin Yue, with a thick banana and chocolate to improve the taste, a bread that looks tougher on the outside, but is extremely soft on the inside.

How TO MADE Banana and chocolate bread
Steps 1 to 4
1. All the ingredients prepared
2. The yeast is mixed in clear water for use.
3. Put cocoa powder in the flour; put in large pieces of bananas, do not crush into clay; put in chocolate powder; cut in advance with a knife; put in 4 grams of salt; pour into yeast water
4. Mix the dough with a scraper; the liquid is large and very sticky, you can mix it directly with a scraper
Steps 5 to 8
5. Ferment for an hour and a half at room temperature, and the dough is well fermented.
6. The dough is pressed flat, the air is exhausted, the basic pressure is in the shape of a growth square, the dough is stacked from left to right 1/3 and from top to bottom 1/3
7. Cover the dough with a preservative film and ferment at room temperature for 50 minutes.
8. After fermentation, the dough is twice as large as before.
Steps 9 to 12
9. Dry the flour on top of the dough, flatten the dough again, basically grow a square; cut it into five pieces of approximately the same size with a scraper
10. Pull the two ends of the dough by hand and twist them backwards.
11. The whole twisted dough is placed in the oven; the oven is pre-coated with oil cloth
12. The bread is coated with a preservative film and fermented again for 40 minutes.
Steps 13 to 16
13. Place the pan in a preheated oven with steaming mode, set the temperature to 230 degrees, bake for one minute; remove the steaming mode and reset the pure baking mode with upper and lower tube heating, set the temperature to 220 degrees, set the time to 18 minutes
14. Take out the bread when it's time; put the grill on to cool;
