WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

310 grams of high starch flour
200 grams of yogurt
30 grams of egg juice (the rest is used for coloring)
2 grams of salt
White sugar 18 grams
3 grams of dry yeast

How TO MADE Yoghurt bread

Steps 1 to 4

1. Mix flour, yogurt, eggs, dry yeast, salt and sugar, and knead into a dough.

2. Grind into a smooth dough, pull open into a membrane.

3. The well-mixed dough is placed in a bowl, covered with a preservative film, usually in a 25-30 degree environment (optimally 28 degrees), and fermented for about 1 hour.

4. In colder weather, it can be fermented for one and a half hours, until the dough expands to twice its size.

Steps 5 to 8

5. Divide it into equal parts (I divided it into 15), and cover it with a fresh film for 15 to 20 minutes.

6. Mix it into a dough, put it on a grill, cover it with a preservative film, ferment it twice for 1 hour.

7. After fermentation, it is coated with egg yolk and sprinkled with oats.

8. Put it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 18 minutes.
