7. Cut the dough into four pieces, don't cut it.

8. Each middle piece is cut into eight pieces by a knife.

9. Cut each of the middle slices into 16 slices (please ignore my overly small dough at the top).

10. Twist it on both sides.

11. It is fermented in the oven to 1.5 times its size and then baked at 170 °C for 20 to 25 minutes.
