  This is my own recipe for milk thistle toast, and it's made with grain flour, which is a mixture of ground grain such as brown rice, wheat, black and white sesame, etc. If you don't have it, you can replace it with other flours such as peanut flour.

WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

250 grams of flour
27 grams of cereal flour
One egg.
30 grams of white sugar
2 grams of salt
3 grams of yeast
10 grams of butter
50 grams of milk
90 grams of cream

Steps 1 to 4

1. All materials are packaged in the machine, except butter.

2. Press the dough button and set the time to 15 minutes, if you can't set the time on your bread maker, press the pause or end button when you've stirred for 15 minutes (it's recommended to add milk while stirring, depending on the water absorption of your own flour)

3. After fifteen minutes, add the softened butter.

4. Continue to press the face button.

Steps 5 to 8

5. After adding the butter, the dough should be paused every few minutes to check the condition of the film and avoid over-stirring.

6. Stir until you can pull out the handkerchief.

7. I fermented the dough in a baker, and I fermented it in a baker for 20 minutes.

8. Then the electricity is turned off and the fermentation continues using the residual heat.

Steps 9 to 12

9. Fermentation can be doubled

10. Use your fingers to poke holes in the middle of the dough so that the holes don't shrink and the bread doesn't collapse.

11. Remove the dough from the exhaust and mix it evenly, then divide it evenly into three parts, cover it with a preservative film and let it sit for 15 minutes.

16. Finally, put all the dough in the mold and put it in the oven to ferment, remember to put a bowl of warm water in the oven, ferment until eight percent full.

17. Remove the fermented bread, brush it with egg juice or butter (preheat the oven to 175 degrees)

18. 175 baked for 38 minutes

19. The baked toast should be removed from the mold immediately, dried to the desired temperature, and put in a fresh bag.

20. A good toast can be cut into sandwiches for breakfast.
