I've written a few recipes for unleavened bread before, but the finished product tastes similar to European bread, and today this small meal is almost unleavened, but the finished product is very soft and sweet, and it's very simple to make.

2. The dough is very wet, covered with a preservative film or container lid, and fermented at room temperature for 1 hour.
3. After 1 hour, the mass of the dough will become two or three times larger than the original, knead the dough by hand for about 1 min, as long as the excess air inside is squeezed out, then the dough is still sticky, re-covered, and fermented at room temperature for another 30 minutes.
4. After 30 minutes, the group size will grow a lot.

5. I squeeze out the excess air inside and knead it into a complete dough, and then if the dough is very sticky, I add some dry powder, and I add a lot of dry powder, and I mix some dry powder in the dough so that it can become an easy-to-use dough.
6. Divide the dough into nine equal parts.
7. Each small dough is rolled round and arranged on a square toaster, which I use here is an 18 x 18 cm toaster.
8. Cover and ferment at room temperature for one hour, be sure to boil for one hour, then brush the surface thinly with a thin layer of whole egg liquid, put it in a 175-degree preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
