How TO MADE Cranberry soft bread
1. The rice is stirred a day in advance and then stored in the refrigerator for the next day.
2. Boil the water and stir the flour evenly and leave it to cool.
3. The main flour, water, honey, sugar, and yeast are mixed together to make the dough, and the salt is mixed together to make the cranberries smooth and even.
4. The mixed dough is fermented at room temperature for 45 minutes, forming 280 grams each and then fermented for 30 minutes.
5. Roasted at 230°C to golden yellow
