13. Cover the sliced dough with a loose preservative film for 15 minutes.

16. Re-cover the preservative film and ferment to twice the size.
17. The time it takes for this fermentation is about 4 to 50 minutes, which is also related to the temperature of the weather.
18. At the end of fermentation, the oven can be preheated simultaneously at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
