It's always been a pain in my heart, and this weather is no longer suitable for making butter bricks, this time I tried it with date clay instead of butter, and the effect was very good, very suitable for the exercise of making bricks for handicapped people like me.

WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

High starch powder 120 grams
40 grams of low-fat flour
3 grams of instant yeast
15 grams of fine sugar
25 grams of eggs
8 grams of milk
70 grams of milk
13 grams of butter
80 grams of dates

How TO MADE Brick and mortar

Steps 1 to 4

1. First put 80 grams of date paste into square slices in the preservative film, put in the freezer for backup and then use the post-oil method, knead the dough to the full stage, put in the refrigerator and freeze for 30 minutes

2. Take the frozen dough out of the square and put the date paste in the middle.

3. Wrap it like an envelope, squeeze the lid tightly, put it in the freezer, and let it simmer for 30 minutes.

4. Remove and cut into large slices

Steps 5 to 8

5. Fold the two ends of the plate one-third inward to complete the first fold and continue to freeze for 30 minutes.

6. After removal, continue to peel the slices and complete a three-fold fold.

7. After removing the loose dough, cut it into six long strips, which can be slightly narrowed to two or three strips.

8. Fermented in containers

Steps 9 to 12

9. I used the oven's fermentation function, 35 degrees for 40 minutes.

10. After fermentation, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.

Handy cooking tips

If you can continue to open it after folding it once, you don't have to freeze it, I'm just being careful because I've been abused so many times.
