3 grams of salt
90 ml of milk
20 grams of butter
4 grams of flour
White sugar 15 grams
One egg.

How TO MADE Embroidered bread

Steps 1 to 4

1. Put all the ingredients in the bread maker (leave a little bit of egg yolk on the surface) and knead into a smooth dough, put it in a warm place to ferment until it is twice as large, the fermented dough is exhausted and divided into 8 small portions

2. Remove 2 doughs, divide each into 2 pieces, for a total of 4 pieces, and rub the growth strips
