Hot dogs
I like meatloaf, I like salad dressing, I like ham, so I like hot dogs, I like to challenge dough, I feel like I've succeeded.
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
140 grams of high-quality flour80 grams of water20 grams of fine sugar15 grams of butter2 grams of active dry yeast5 grams of milk powderWhole egg juice (for dough) 10 g1 gram of saltAppropriate amount of whole egg juice (surface brush)Salad sauce in moderationMeat loose in moderation5 slices of ham
How TO MADE Hot dogs
Steps 1 to 4
1. Basic materials
2. Mix all the ingredients
3. Grind until the extended stage of the thin film can be pulled out (for the first time using the desktop egg batter and dough function, very useful)
4. Cover the dough with a wet cloth and ferment in the oven (CKTF-32G does not have a fermentation function, it automatically raises and lowers the heat to 30 degrees, about 30 minutes)
Steps 5 to 8
5. Divide the fermented dough into five parts, one by one.
6. Take a dough and roll it into a long tongue, put it on the ham and wrap it in a cylinder.
7. As shown in the picture, use scissors to slice the ham intestines on the dough (do not cut on the side of the dough)
8. Forming one by one (turning the dough on both sides and arranging it), fermenting at room temperature to twice the size (or oven fermentation); the initial forming is a bit ugly, then adjusted
Steps 9 to 12
9. The fermented dough is coated with a layer of whole egg liquid, placed in a preheated 180-degree oven, and baked at 180 degrees for 15 minutes (CKTF-32G oven, if the remaining three minutes or so are not satisfactory, continue to heat to 200 degrees)
10. Out of the oven
11. The decorations are finished.
Handy cooking tips
Whole egg juice is used partly for dough, partly for surface decoration, one egg of 40 g is enough (with eggshell) but you can choose the size of the egg according to your preference.
