5. After the dough is well fermented, it is removed, rubbed a few times, the exhaust is covered with a preservative film and left for 15 minutes. Then it is divided into small doughs, rubbed round and left for 15 minutes.
6. The dough is kneaded flat, then the dough is kneaded into the dough, like a bag, the coconut flour is divided into equal parts of the dough, wrapped in the dough, and made into various shapes.

Handy cooking tips
The coconut milk I'm using is almost tasteless, so I've added this much sugar, and if you're a sweet person, you can add a little more sugar, and if you're a sweet coconut milk, or if you're replacing coconut milk with milk, you can consider reducing the sugar by a spoon.
