Milk and hash bread
The bread sold in the bakery is so soft that three pieces don't feel satisfying? Do it yourself! Just 500 grams of flour can make three thick milk husks, and half of them are very satisfying!

How TO MADE Milk and hash bread
1. High-flour, low-flour yeast, sugar, eggs, one egg and 250 grams of milk mixed into a non-sticky dough
2. Add butter and knead until firm (take a small piece of dough that can be stretched into a thin film)
3. The hardened dough is placed in a cloth on a steel bowl lid and fermented for 50 minutes (30 minutes in hot weather, be careful that the dough does not overheat and produces a sour taste!)
4. The fermented dough is divided into three equal small doughs of about 250 grams, flattened with flour, rolled into a cylinder from one end, picked down, and fermented for another 30 minutes.
5. Cut the dough on the surface of the finished dough with two knives (you can cut it longer or deeper) and apply the egg juice, put it in the oven at 180 degrees 25 degrees and cook it.
6. Hurry up and eat while it's hot!
