Soft sesame seeds
The simplest sesame stew, the most classic recipe, a hundred delicious breads, a good companion for breakfast.
WHAT YOU NEED

Steps 1 to 4
1. Except for butter, all other ingredients are put into the bread maker, start and dough process 15 minutes.
2. After 15 minutes of kneading, add 15 grams of crushed butter and continue kneading for 25 minutes.
3. After 40 minutes, a small piece of the surface was taken for inspection, and it was found that the film was missing (see figure).

Steps 5 to 8
5. The dough is kneaded until smooth and fermented in a warm place until it is twice the size.
6. The fermented dough is removed by hand.
7. Divided into six equal parts, it is rounded, covered with a preservative film and left for 15 minutes.
8. Take a first-rate dough and knead it into a tongue shape, with a thin crust on the bottom edge.
Steps 9 to 12
9. Roll from top to bottom.

Steps 13 to 16
13. Covered with a preservative film for second fermentation to twice the size.
14. After the second fermentation, the surface layer is brushed with a layer of whole egg liquid.
15. Add a layer of white sesame to the surface.

17. Put the middle layer of the oven in a preheated oven for five minutes, heat it up and down, 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
18. Take out the baked bread and immediately rub a thin layer of corn oil (other oil) on the surface, so that it can better lock the moisture.
19. Look at the internal organization, it's soft. Remember to eat the bread when it's cold.
