How TO MADE Cappuccino cake made entirely by hand in a coffee shop
Steps 1 to 4
1. To make white chocolate cream; so this is the ingredient for making white chocolate cream: white chocolate 70 grams, butter 35 grams, milk 10 ml, powdered sugar 110 grams!
2. Some ingredients for making cappuccino cake: 140 grams of butter, 70 grams of refined sugar, 6 grams of instant coffee powder, 115 grams of low-fiber powder, 70 grams of red sugar, 8 grams of boiling water, 25 grams of cocoa powder, 2.5 eggs, 2 grams of powder.
3. Put white chocolate, butter and milk together in a large bowl, heat the insulating water and stir until the chocolate and butter melt.
4. After melting, take out the bowl, cool and add the sugar powder together, mix evenly with the egg beater to form a white chocolate cream.
Steps 5 to 8
5. The coffee powder is dissolved in boiling water and ready to be used.
6. Butter naturally softened and sent with refined sugar and red sugar
7. Spread the eggs, add three parts to the butter mixture and stir evenly.
8. Add dissolved coffee water and stir evenly.
Steps 9 to 12
9. The low powder, cocoa powder and bubble powder are mixed together evenly after the addition of the sieve.
10. The mold is surrounded by tin foil, and the four walls are coated with a layer of soft butter.
11. (You don't need tin foil for the bottom mold, you can just put butter on the inside walls.)
12. The cake paste is poured into the mold for six minutes.
Steps 13 to 16
13. The oven is heated to 180 degrees, baked for about 25 minutes (time is for reference only, specifically based on practical practice), baked to be removed while the heat is cooled off.
14. (Chocolate cream can be made during the cold season)
15. After cooling, cut off a layer of cake skin from the surface.
16. Apply white chocolate cream, sprinkle coffee powder or cocoa powder, and cut into small pieces before baking.
