I've always had a cake function in my kitchen, and I thought I'd try it out, so I made it with an eight-inch recipe, and that's the spirit of experimentation!

WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

90 grams of low-fat flour
Five eggs
42 grams of milk
38 grams of sesame oil
Fine sugar (protein) 62 grams
30 grams of refined sugar (egg butter)
Drops of white vinegar
Dried grapes at will

How TO MADE Electric rice cakes

Steps 1 to 4

1. It is customary to make the egg yolk first so that the protein does not melt, first separate the protein and the egg yolk into two bowls, add 30 g of fine sugar to the egg yolk bowl, gently disperse, then add the colored oil and milk, a few drops of white vinegar, stir evenly, be careful not to stir too long so that the egg yolk does not spread

2. Add the sieved low-fat flour, stir in a J-shape, do not draw circles, mix evenly into the egg yolk paste

3. Starting to make the protein part, in three parts put the fine sugar into the protein with an electric egg beater to dry foam, that is, lift the protein upright state, pay attention that there is no water or oil in the bowl of the protein, and cannot be mixed with the egg yolk, otherwise it is difficult to start

4. Put one-third of the protein in the egg yolk bowl, stir from the bottom up in a J-shape, don't make a circle so that the protein doesn't boil, then pour it into the remaining protein paste, stir evenly, and friends who like to eat raisins or other things like cranberry flavor can add some in.

Steps 5 to 8

5. You can preheat the rice cooker with the cooking function for two minutes, brush a little oil to avoid sticking to the pan, pour the finished cake paste into the rice cooker, shake the air bubble, adjust the cake function, automatically display 40 minutes, open the flip button immediately afterwards, so the cake does not collapse, and it is done.

6. I don't know if it's a psychological effect, but it tastes good!

Handy cooking tips

The raisins are cooked and sink, but it doesn't affect the cake, so I thought I'd add a little bit of flavor, not so monotonous.
