Starting to make the protein part, in three parts put the fine sugar into the protein with an electric egg beater to dry foam, that is, lift the protein upright state, pay attention that there is no water or oil in the bowl of the protein, and cannot be mixed with the egg yolk, otherwise it is difficult to start
4. Put one-third of the protein in the egg yolk bowl, stir from the bottom up in a J-shape, don't make a circle so that the protein doesn't boil, then pour it into the remaining protein paste, stir evenly, and friends who like to eat raisins or other things like cranberry flavor can add some in.
Steps 5 to 8
5. You can preheat the rice cooker with the cooking function for two minutes, brush a little oil to avoid sticking to the pan, pour the finished cake paste into the rice cooker, shake the air bubble, adjust the cake function, automatically display 40 minutes, open the flip button immediately afterwards, so the cake does not collapse, and it is done.
6. I don't know if it's a psychological effect, but it tastes good!
