How TO MADE Tea and cake
1. Protein Egg yolk separation Protein divided into 3 parts with 30 grams of sugar powder to form a hard foam
2. Add 30 grams of sugar powder, sesame oil, stir evenly, add screened flour and green tea powder, and scrape evenly with a rubber knife.
3. Mix the finished egg yolk with one-third of the protein, stir evenly with a rubber scraper, and pour the remaining two-thirds of the protein into the cake dough, stir evenly.
