How TO MADE The Swan Bubble
Steps 1 to 4
1. This is beautiful.
2. Completely boiled off fire
3. Sifting low-fat flour.
4. Stir evenly, without powder particles.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Open the fire again and stir until the dough is separated from the bottom of the pan, and the dough turns from white to egg yellow, and the fire is turned off.
6. That's enough.
7. Cool the dough until it is not hot.
8. Take it out and put it in another mixing bowl and add the whole egg juice four times, mixing it thoroughly each time and then adding the next one.
Steps 9 to 12
9. Raising and dropping are both in the shape of an inverted triangle.
10. Put the bubble wrap in a bag of flowers.
11. Cut a hole
12. Oil paper is poured into the pan and squeezed into an oval-shaped dough.
Steps 13 to 16
13. Put it in a preheated oven, bake it up and down, 170 degrees, put it in the middle layer, bake it for about 20 minutes.
14. Continue to simmer for five minutes until the surface of the bubble is golden yellow and the swelling is straight, then turn off the fire and take it out to dry.
15. Add a little bit of dough to the shape of the swan's neck.
16. Put a black sesame on it as an eye.
Steps 17 to 20
17. Put in a preheated oven, 160 degrees, medium layer, roast for about 5 minutes.
18. (It's better to look at the roast, my first swan's neck is thinner than this one, it's less than five minutes, the second roast, it's thicker than this one, it's five minutes just right)
19. It takes two or three minutes to beat an electric egg maker.
20. Cooled buffalo, cut from the bottom third and then cut the top half in half to make swan wings.
Steps 21 to 24
21. At the bottom of the bowl, squeeze a moderate amount of whipped cream.
22. Cover the wings.
23. Insert the necklace.
24. This is beautiful.
