Panda cake rolls
The cake rolls are also delicious, I wanted to use the cream to make the filling, but I forgot to freeze the cream in advance, so I can only make the filling, the taste is still the same.

Steps 1 to 4
1. 3 egg yolks and 30 grams of sugar corn oil, mixed with water to sugar dissolve.
2. Add 80 grams of low-fat flour and stir evenly into egg yolk paste.

19. Add the mashed potatoes to the remaining protein and stir evenly.
20. Put it in the oven.
21. Flatten the surface with a scraper.
22. It is placed in the oven and cooked at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until it does not stick to the surface.
23. Wait for the baked cake to cool, then tear the oil paper and put it in another oil paper.
24. Lay watermelon grains on the surface of the cake.
25. Roll the growth column towards one end and place it together with the oil paper for 10 minutes.
