  I've made several versions of the cheese cake, and I usually make it for my own enjoyment, and it's the first time I've made it, and it tastes really good, delicate and fragrant, so I have to recommend it.

WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

250 grams of cheese
175 grams of milk
50 grams of butter
Four eggs.
30 grams of fine sugar (for egg yolk)
13 grams of cornstarch
55 grams of protein
30 grams of refined sugar (for protein)

Steps 1 to 4

1. The cheese is softened to room temperature, and the baking paper is applied to the inside of the mold (on the bottom and around it).

2. Butter and milk are heated until the butter is completely melted but not fried, placed in a non-hot, standby position.

Steps 13 to 16

13. It is poured into a pre-paved baking paper mold and the surface is smoothed.

14. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, insulate the water (water bath method) and bake for about 60 minutes.

16. After baking, the heat is dissipated to room temperature and placed in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours, after which it is completely solidified, removed from the mold and eaten.
