Heavy cheese cake
I've made several versions of the cheese cake, and I usually make it for my own enjoyment, and it's the first time I've made it, and it tastes really good, delicate and fragrant, so I have to recommend it.
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
250 grams of cheese175 grams of milk50 grams of butterFour eggs.30 grams of fine sugar (for egg yolk)13 grams of cornstarch55 grams of protein30 grams of refined sugar (for protein)
How TO MADE Heavy cheese cake
Steps 1 to 4
1. The cheese is softened to room temperature, and the baking paper is applied to the inside of the mold (on the bottom and around it).
2. Butter and milk are heated until the butter is completely melted but not fried, placed in a non-hot, standby position.

4. Take another container, egg yolk and 30 g of fine sugar until the color turns white.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Strain into the cornstarch and stir evenly.
6. Pour into a cooled butter and milk solution and mix.
7. The solution is mixed well, stirred over a small fire, and slowly cooked into a thick, sticky paste.
8. Take another container and stir the soft cream cheese at room temperature until smooth.
Steps 9 to 12
9. The smoothly stirred cream cheese is mixed with the sticky dough in 7.
10. Take another container, divide the protein three times with fine sugar and stir until 6 servings (before wet foaming).
11. The stirred protein is mixed with the step 9 mixture and the uniform cheese paste (first half of the protein is put into the cheese paste and then the remaining half is put into the mixture).
12. Graph for mixing and good cheese paste.
Steps 13 to 16
13. It is poured into a pre-paved baking paper mold and the surface is smoothed.
14. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, insulate the water (water bath method) and bake for about 60 minutes.
15. The surface is colored.
16. After baking, the heat is dissipated to room temperature and placed in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours, after which it is completely solidified, removed from the mold and eaten.
