The Black Forest cake

Steps 1 to 4
1. Prepare the raw materials.

Steps 9 to 12
9. The remaining dough is baked in the same way to make a sliced cake, a total of three slices.

Steps 13 to 16
13. 200 ml of animal cream with 30 grams of refined sugar, use an egg beater to stir the animal cream to the level shown in the figure.
14. Brush a piece of cake with a hairbrush and rub rum syrup on it.
15. Use a knife to peel off the light cream and apply it to the cake slices that have been brushed with syrup.

Steps 17 to 20
17. Reapply the top layer of light cream and cover all the black cherries.
18. Lay the second piece of cake.
19. Repeat this process, finally cover the third slice of the cake, and brush over the rum syrup, applying a light cream to the top and sides of the cake, so that the whole cake is coated with a layer of light cream.
20. Use a rubber scraper to scoop up the chocolate chips and stick them on the sides and top of the cake.
21. Put the peanut butter in the peanut butter bag, mix it with the cream, make a cream decoration, and put the black cherry on top of the cream.
