Fresh orange cake rolls

How TO MADE Fresh orange cake rolls
Steps 1 to 4
1. Eggs are separated (the color is heavier than at home, and the egg whites are more sticky than those bought abroad).
2. The butter is put into the oil, and the sugar is mixed into the oil and water.
3. The egg whites are gradually added to the sugar, eventually sending the protein to a moist foaming state (after lifting the egg batter, the protein pulls out the curved pointed edge).
4. Add 1/3 of the protein to the egg yolk bowl and stir evenly (stir from bottom to top, do not draw circles).
Steps 5 to 8
5. Pour the mixed dough into the remaining protein.
6. Stir evenly again to make a smooth cake dough.
7. Pour the dough into a pan covered with oil paper, flatten it, sprinkle it with sesame seeds, and shake it vigorously for a few seconds, letting the air bubbles inside the dough escape.
8. Place the pan in a preheated 170°C oven and bake for 20 minutes until the surface is golden yellow.
Steps 9 to 12
9. Remove the oil from the cold paper and apply fresh orange sauce to the rolls.
