Cheese cream sponge cake 60% by weight
Half a teaspoon of orange wine

Steps 1 to 4

1. The basic sponge cake is crushed with a mixer, the cheese cream is spread, the orange wine is added evenly, and the cake crumbs are carefully pressed evenly, taking about 1 tablespoon of cake crumbs (about 25 grams) and rubbing them into round balls; freeze for 10 minutes, remove, paper stick with a little dissolved chocolate, insert into the cake balls for refrigeration backup;
