How TO MADE Strawberry cake
Steps 1 to 4
1. Prepare the above materials.
2. Take half of the butter and put it in the rice cooker to preheat (be careful to dry the water in the rice cooker).
3. After melting the butter, brush the inside of the rice cooker with a brush and cover the lid for use.
4. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites into different plates (be careful not to touch the plates with water).
Steps 5 to 8
5. Add vinegar to the egg whites.
6. After boiling, add sugar to boil the eggs.
7. Continue to add sugar to the refined milk to make the egg yolk swell to the point of swelling.
8. Add the remaining one-third of the sugar to the egg yolk plate and dissolve the waterproof 10 g of butter.
Steps 9 to 12
9. After stirring, add the milk and continue stirring.
10. The powder is stirred evenly in the sieve.
11. Pass the mixed egg yolk through a sieve.
12. Take one-third of the egg whites and add them to the egg yolk and mix evenly using the up and down mixing method.
Steps 13 to 16
13. The mixed egg yolk is then poured into the remaining egg yolk and stirred up and down evenly.
14. Pour the mixed egg juice into the rice cooker, gently shake the bubbles, press the cooking button, cook, then jump to the temperature, heat for 20 minutes, remember not to hurry to open the lid or it will shrink back.
15. My electric rice cooker is heated without air, without a wet cloth, and it only takes about 45 minutes to operate once.
16. Cut and decorated.
