  We never have anything like cocoa powder, so every time we make a cake, the color is more uniform, a few days ago my niece came back from a trip and gave me a bag of cocoa powder, so I made a cake out of it, using only a small amount, I didn't expect the cake to look so beautiful, my niece praised me for my good work, my heart was filled with beauty.

WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

40 grams of flour
10 grams of cornstarch
20 grams of corn oil
40 grams of white sugar
50 grams of milk
White vinegar in moderation
Tea powder in moderation

Steps 1 to 4

1. Egg yolks in a container

2. Add 10 grams of sugar, 20 grams of corn oil, 50 grams of milk and stir evenly.

3. A mixture of wheat flour and cornstarch

4. Stir until dry.

Steps 5 to 8

5. Take some egg yolk and put it in a bowl with tea powder.

6. Stir evenly

7. Beat the protein in a waterless and oilless bowl with a little white vinegar, add 30 grams of sugar twice, use an electric egg beater to lift the egg beater to a small triangle with a slightly curved hook.

8. Add a little protein cream to the mashed egg mixture.

Steps 9 to 12

9. Place the tea cake paste on a greased pan in the oven and bake at 160 degrees for about 3 minutes before removing it for use.

10. Take 1/3 of the protein cream and mix it with the remaining cake paste, and then pour the mixed cake paste back into the remaining protein cream.

11. Cut up and down, stir evenly, do not draw circles to avoid foaming.

12. Pour the cake dough all over the toaster and flatten it.

Steps 13 to 16

13. Baked in a 180°C oven for 40 minutes

14. Take it out after baking.

15. When it's hot, roll it with a toothpick and refrigerate it for about an hour, then cut it for consumption.
