Steps 1 to 4

2. 200 grams of durian meat (so 250 grams of durian is about enough)

3. Milk 120 g + durian meat put in the cooking machine and kneaded (preferably finely chopped, taste better)

4. Put it in reserve.

Steps 5 to 8

5. At this point, add 10 g of gelatin to the remaining 80 g of milk (cold) to soften
