Lemon and lemon cake
I love the smell of lemon, today is September 9, 2012, it's our 3rd wedding anniversary, and I made this lemon mousse cake that tastes so good.

Steps 1 to 4

Steps 9 to 12
9. Preheat the oven 180 degrees up and down, pour the cake paste into the oil-paper baking pan, shake it a bit to remove the bubbles, put it in the middle layer of the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
10. As soon as it's cooked, turn it upside down and tear the oil paper to cool it.
11. After cooling, the cake slices are cut with a mold and placed in a plate for backup.
12. Gelatin powder is added to 2 tablespoons of hot water and heated to melt.
Steps 13 to 16
13. The cream is poured into a bowl and added to the sugar powder.
14. It can be fired up to 6 times, showing fine lines.
15. Pour lemon peel into the lemon juice and gelatin solution and mix evenly.
16. Mix the good mousse filling with a small spoon and slowly scoop it into the mold.
Steps 17 to 20
17. After filling, flatten the surface with a small knife.
18. Shake to remove the bubbles, put in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
