It's called lemonade.
It's my favorite little heart! The fresh aroma of lemon and the thickness of butter go together seamlessly!

How TO MADE It's called lemonade.
1. First, grind the lemon peel into small pieces, put it in a good white sugar, and marinate it with sugar.
2. The powder is mixed through a sieve and poured into a mixture of eggs and lemon peel sugar.
3. Mix evenly with a manual scrambler, no need to scramble the eggs.
4. A straight paste mixture is completely mixed evenly, forming a dense slurry.
5. Heat the butter to melt, pour it into the paste while it is warm, and continue stirring evenly.
6. Place in the refrigerator for one hour until the mixture is thin and smooth.
7. After 1 hour, the extracted dough is in a solid state, reheated for a while, and the dough can be dug out with a spoon and placed in a shell-like mold.
8. Preheat the oven at 190 degrees and bake for about 13 minutes.
9. Especially when you see the dough rising high in the oven, it proves that the production was a success!
