1. When the ingredients are ready, add white sugar to the egg yolk.
2. Use a manual scrubber to scrub the eggs from the bottom to the top until they are evenly mixed.

12. The oven was heated to 180 degrees by pressing the function button for 20 minutes! (At this point I looked, heated to 180 degrees for about 4 minutes, but I didn't reset the time, after all, I didn't feel its temper the first time, so I suggested that if you use this oven, you can set the baking time to 15 minutes! Because the actual baking only takes 10 minutes!

Black sesame should be cooked in advance and ground into a powder in a cooking machine! (If not, you can use black sesame paste instead, but reduce the sugar by 5 g!) Because the temperature of the e bake oven is precise, if you use other brands of ovens, please bake at the actual temperature of your own oven!
