8. After stirring evenly, pour the whole yogurt mixture into the spread egg whites and stir evenly using the same method as in step seven.
Steps 9 to 12

11. Use a few shakes to push the air bubbles out of the mold.
12. Preheat the oven at 150 degrees and put the cake in the oven after ten minutes.
Steps 13 to 16
13. The lower layer is baked at 150 degrees for about 50 minutes.
14. It is recommended to insert the toothpick into the cake for forty-five minutes and take it out to see if the toothpick is wet, if the toothpick is wet it means that the cake is not baked well, if it is not wet it means that the cake is already baked well!
15. This step is mainly to prevent the cake from shrinking.

Handy cooking tips
The protein can draw eight words, and after three seconds it slowly disappears.After the cake is baked, make sure to turn the mold and the whole cake upside down, and wait for it to cool down to remove the mold, otherwise the cake will shrink!
