How TO MADE Walnut dip
Steps 1 to 4
1. Wrapped nuts
2. Soak in warm water for half an hour, change the water once on the way
3. Put the water in the pot, add half a tablespoon of salt and six tablespoons of sugar (I used 30 nuts depending on how many nuts I added sugar) and cook on medium heat until sticky and dry.
4. White sesame seeds cooked in reserve
Steps 5 to 8
5. Dried walnuts in a frying pan
6. The small fire is slowly cooked until the date is red, and the cushion on the spoon has a proper sound.
7. Mix evenly with white sesame
Handy cooking tips
The advantage of this method is that the walnuts are cleaner, there is no dust, they are not too sweet, they are delicious, if you like to eat sweet, you can skip the process of soaking in warm water.
