Rosemary-style lamb stew
Last week I got a French lamb stew with a small tail, this week I had time to bake it, only with sea salt, rosemary, black pepper seeds pickled, olive oil fried for two to three minutes, absolutely delicious.A bag of seven, so simple I fried them all, and I lost four, I think a week's worth of walking, but for food, good food is the most important thing, right?!

How TO MADE Rosemary-style lamb stew
Steps 1 to 4
1. French lamb removed from thaw
2. Wash the blood with water.
3. Added rosemary and black pepper
4. Add sea salt, gently massage and soak for 1 hour.
Steps 5 to 8
5. A small to medium-sized hot pot, in which a moderate amount of olive oil is added, and the lamb stew is fried for 3 minutes.
6. The other side can be fried for three minutes.
