1. Add the white sugar and egg yolk to the container and mix evenly.

4. Put the good dough in the refrigerator and let it cool for 10 minutes.

5. The dough is kneaded into thick, thin, even slices with a kneading stick and folded four times.

11. It is baked in a preheated oven at 160°C and 130°C (on the second-to-last floor), and after 15 minutes it is baked to the surface.
Handy cooking tips
1. Adding salt can make the dough easier to dough, using about 1.2% of the flour used.If you don't like the taste of milk, don't add milk powder.
