  This cow's horn bread does not add butter, although it does not have a sour taste, but it is healthier and relatively simple to operate.

250 grams of high-quality flour
50 grams of low-fat flour
One egg.
20 grams of butter
130 grams of water
30 grams of white sugar
30 grams of milk powder

1. Add the white sugar and egg yolk to the container and mix evenly.

2. Add flour, yeast, and milk powder to the dough and knead until the surface is smooth.

3. Add softened butter and knead again until the dough surface is smooth.

4. Put the good dough in the refrigerator and let it cool for 10 minutes.

5. The dough is kneaded into thick, thin, even slices with a kneading stick and folded four times.

6. Cover with a protective film or wet cloth and simmer for 10 minutes.

9. The moulded bread is arranged neatly in the baking tray, placed in the oven, transferred to the fermentation compartment, and fermented to 1.5 times its original volume.

10. Remove the fermented bread and rub the egg yolk on the surface.

11. It is baked in a preheated oven at 160°C and 130°C (on the second-to-last floor), and after 15 minutes it is baked to the surface.

Handy cooking tips

  1. Adding salt can make the dough easier to dough, using about 1.2% of the flour used.If you don't like the taste of milk, don't add milk powder.
