Yoghurt bread
The first time I made yogurt bread, it failed, I modified the recipe a little bit, the second time it succeeded, and there's also the effect of lace.

How TO MADE Yoghurt bread
Steps 1 to 4
1. The eggs and yogurt are placed in the bread bowl, then the starch is added, and finally the salt and honey are added, and the lid is covered.
2. Start the scrubbing process for 15 minutes, pause after 15 minutes.
3. After starting the kneading process for 15 minutes, add butter A and dry yeast to the bread pan.
4. Restart the scrubbing process for 15 minutes, and then switch to the scrubbing process after 15 minutes (100 minutes).
Steps 5 to 8
5. At the end of the baking process, the fermented dough is about twice the size of the original, and the hole is inserted in the middle so that it does not bounce or sink.
6. Turn the bread maker back on for five minutes so that the dough is fully exhausted.
7. Divide the dough into six pieces, cover the preservative film on one side and relax for 20 minutes.
8. Then take a six-inch chicken cake mold, brush a layer of butter on the inner wall of the mold, knead six loose doughs, and put them into the mold for final fermentation.
Steps 9 to 12
9. The final fermentation is carried out in a warm place (temperature 38 degrees, 85% humidity environment is optimal) and the dough grows to 2 to 3 times its original size.
10. Spread the quail eggs, brush a layer of egg yolk on the surface of the bread, and sprinkle a layer of white sesame.
11. After preheating the oven at 180 °C, place the grill on the second floor after the oven, then put the mold in the oven, bake at 180 °C for about 25-35 minutes.
12. In the meantime, after the bread is colored, add the tin paper.
13. Butter B insulation is melted in water, a layer is applied to the top of the freshly baked bread, and after applying the butter, the bread is put back into the oven for three minutes, using the residual heat of the oven to make the butter better absorbed by the bread.
14. Let the bread cool down a little bit, pull it with your hands, and you'll get the silk.
