2. After half an hour, you can see that the dough is firm.
3. Add the yeast, and the dough process 10 minutes (my bread maker and wind bread process and the dough time is exactly 30 minutes, stirring twice, so I'm going straight to this setup process, and the next step is the wind bread process, one-button, 750 g, medium burn)
4. After stirring for 10 minutes, add the oil (I use peanut oil at home, softened butter is better) and the dough for 20 minutes.

5. After 20 minutes, the dough is very firm, but I didn't pursue the glove film because I added whole wheat flour, a little less water, a little more water, and the dough is very sticky.
6. After the second fermentation is over, add the black sesame, form (or that problem, the dough is too cluttered, it can not be properly formed, it is probably made with a spoon), at home there is also a little meat sauce, just add it together, the color looks good
7. The baking is over, the internal organization is loose.
8. The color looks good, but it doesn't have the effect of scrambled eggs.
