5. The dough is wrapped in the filling and shape you want, placed in a place with a temperature of thirty-eight degrees Celsius and a humidity of about eighty-five forty minutes.
6. After fermentation, gently brush a layer of whole egg juice, paying attention to where the beans are exposed, only brush the dough.
7. The oven is preheated to 180 degrees Celsius, baked over medium heat for 25 minutes, and removed to dry naturally.
